Bespoke San Antonio, Texas Wedding

Beto and Carlie’s San Antonio, Texas wedding was perfect in every way. From the start of the day to the end of the night, this wedding was beautifully planned, and had many nods to Beto’s Puerto Rican and Mexican heritage as well such as Carlie’s veil, reception tables, and the mariachi. Beto and Carlie got ready at Hotel Havana here in San Antonio and shared their first looks here, and the ceremony and reception followed at San Antonio Museum of Art which offered the perfect setting for both an outdoor ceremony and reception.

Carlie & Beto’s Bespoke San Antonio, Texas Wedding

Carlie and Beto chose the perfect hotel for them to get ready and share their first looks at. Hotel Havana is stunning and offers beautiful architecture which provides the perfect backdrop to portraits. They chose to have their first looks in the Ocho Lounge, which is this beautiful glass conservatory that overlooks the River Walk.

Afterwards we did some portraits of the two there. The space is full of so much color which really added so much to their photos as well. Then we made our way to another area of the hotel which added such a moody and romantic feel with the dimed lights. Afterwards Beto, Carlie, and a few others took a barge by Gio River Cruises over to San Antonio Art Museum.

Beto and Carlie’s outdoor wedding ceremony was truly stunning. The two couldn’t help but get emotional as Carlie walked down the aisle towards Beto. Purple Rain actually started playing at a bar across the river from ceremony and while Beto and Carlie didn’t notice it at the time, they loved hearing that detail later on as they both enjoy the song. The reception space was no less beautiful. It was truly the perfect outdoor setting with candlelit tables, gorgeous florals, and a lot of fun! Beto and Carlie didn’t do a traditional wedding exit. They simply walked off the dance floor in a move that was truly β€œthem!” Overall this was an absolutely stunning San Antonio wedding, and it was such an honor to be a part of Carlie and Beto’s special day.
